Our first published Story in Page IX

One of the goals of Local Changemakers is to create more visibility for Diaspora(Migrant) organizations in the West that are putting up projects in their Country of origin. I see this as an important way of development cooperation and creating better economical growth in Africa.


For this reason I publish Stories about Diaspora and their Local organizations to showcase their successes and work methods. In june I started publishing monthly stories on the Dutch Partos Platform called: ontwikkeling werkt, but now I also published my first Story in an African Online Magazine called Page IX.


Page IX tells the stories of Africans and focusses on different subjects like Culture, Agriculture, Entrepeneurship, Local Projects and many more. I decided to write my first Story for Page IX about the succesful and interesting projects of Abdisalam of the Kaalo Nederland Foundation. Please feel free to read the first article published:
